may also keep lesson dates, attendance, progress notes, learning targets, communications,
invoices and records of payments made by bank transfer.

We use your information to respond to enquiries, arrange and deliver tutoring sessions,
communicate with parents, carers and students, keep tuition records, issue invoices, record
payments by bank transfer, and meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell or share your

How Long We Keep Information
Enquiries that do not result in tutoring are normally deleted within 12 months. Tuition records are
retained for up to six years after tutoring ends. Financial records are retained for at least six years
to comply with UK tax and accounting requirements.

We will not sell or rent your personal information. Information will only be shared where you have
given consent, to comply with legal obligations, where safeguarding concerns require disclosure, or
where necessary with professional advisers such as accountants.
